Barun Tax & Accounting (the “Firm”) processes personal information collected through inquiries in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea, as follows. If this English version differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.

1. Information collected and purpose To reply to your inquiry, we collect your name (or company name), phone number, email address and the content of your inquiry.

2. Retention period We keep this information for one year after the reply and any related consultation are completed, and then destroy it without delay. Where a law requires a longer retention period, we keep it for that period.

3. Disclosure to third parties We do not provide your personal information to third parties.

4. Outsourcing Inquiry forms are processed through our website hosting service (Netlify, Inc.).

5. Your rights You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information. Contact us below and we will act without delay.
